Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pre-Employment Screening Program - 3.1.1.1 The program shall be owned and supported by the vendor. Testing locations are shown on Exhibit B. 3.1.1.2 The vendor shall provide a single point-of-contact for technical support, available for resolving issues related to all services and hardware. This contract should be available between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. 3.1.1.3 Vendor software shall adhere to WV Division of Corrections and Rehabilitations and WV Office of Technology Policies. 3.1.1.4 The Vendor shall provide Corrections Selection inventory pre-employment Screening Programs to meet the WV Division of Corrections and Rehabilitations needs. 3.1.2 Comprehensive On-Line Hiring Assessment Instrument 3.1.2.1 The product shall include comprehensive on-line psychological/behavioral hiring assessment instrument that has been validated tested and developed for correctional officers. Vendor should provide references upon request to substantiate effectiveness of system scoring. 3.1.2.2 Assessment shall include, but not limited to, a situational judgement component that includes a measurement for core competencies including respect for authority, self-esteem, work ethics, cooperation/teamwork, self-control, attention to detail, dependability, principled behavior, communication skills, mental stability, and inclination towards physical aggressive behavior. 3.1.2.3 The program shall include an electronic scoring filter to identify top percentages of qualified applicants and be available for viewing from local facility administrator and/or specific state departments as required by West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitations. Reports should be made available upon request.
