Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Janitorial Services Contract (Contract) will be an outcome-based contract that must comply with the City’s standard General Services Contract (Attachment A) and Contract Specifications (Attachment B). The Contractor is responsible for developing the Monthly Service Prices necessary to conform to the Contract Specifications that are applicable to the service areas being proposed on. The proposal is to be presented with the total monthly service cost for each site. The work to be performed under the Contract consists of furnishing all labor, uniforms, insurance, and equipment (materials are optional-see exhibit D Service Price Form) needed to perform the services.
