Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all labor and materials in order to re-caulk and waterproof approximately 350 feet of windows on the 3-story building of Management and Finance for the Louisiana Department of Public Safety (DPS). -Contractor shall cut out existing sealant and use silicone sealant, 3M™ Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant 550 or equivalent in gray or white, at the stone expansion joints, perimeter of the windows, areas of shrining window gaskets, seams of roof cap, and outside perimeter of roof cap. Contractor shall apply transparent sealer, Masonry Clear Waterproofing Sealer or equivalent, to the stone. Contractor shall caulk cap seams and underneath the front of the roof cap. -Waterproofing the stone shall consist of the following areas on the third floor on the front of the building: Left side of the building: -Stone corner area -Stone under the 12’ window -15’ window section -20’ window section and the stone above it -24’ long stone area Middle Section (above entrance): - Caulk side windows above entrance - Caulk center window wall at entrance area - Caulk side windows above entrance Right side of the building -24’ long stone area -15’ window section - Stone corner area -Waterproofing the stone shall consist of the following areas on the third floor on the right side of the building: Left Side: -Stone corner area -12’ window section and stone above it -Stone under 12’ window section -28’ long stone area Middle Area: -20’ window section and stone above it - Stone under the 20’ window Right Side: -Stone Corner
