Agency is seeking a Contractor with the intent of creating individualized videos of people with intellectual or developmental disabilities, to become hosts of the videos that will present relevant topics and content pertaining to their experiences. When finalized, these videos will be uploaded to a YouTube channel that will serve as a space for self-advocates to be seen and heard, to connect with others, and to mentor each other. The YouTube channel will also be used as a teaching tool and will show examples of what is possible in the lives of people with developmental disabilities. The videos created by the awarded Contractor will focus on topics self-advocates care about that include supported decision making, legislative advocacy, and other issues relevant to living and leading one’s own life.
