Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of City Planning Development Impact Fee Program is seeking a comprehensive update of the Development Impact Fee Program that facilitates a thorough evaluation of the program's performance and provides recommendations necessary for its enhancement of this five-year comprehensive Development Impact Fee Study including but not limited to: • Identifying changes to state law and recommending strategies for the City to align with these changes. • Researching and advising on alternative uses of Transportation Impact fees beyond capacity-adding projects, exploring avenues such as revising state code or implementing other measures. • Evaluating fees and conducting Level of Service (LOS) analysis to ensure equitable impact assessment. • Identifying opportunities for program expansion, including public facilities, service areas, fee utilization, and administrative functions. • Assessing service area alternatives aligned with long-term transportation and parks growth plans.
