Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Analysis of Current Workflow and Technological Capacities: The successful bidder will perform a detailed analysis of the current workflow within and between the five (5) unites of OVS utilizing in depth interviews with unit management, unit policies and procedures, guided assessment of current technology utilized for case management and workflow including the structure and contents of Clovs, NV, VSU Excel database, SAFE application, the relevant Connecticut General Statutes and Practice Book rules, and Judicial Branch Policies. B. Assessment of Technological Needs: The successful bidder will conduct an assessment of current and future technological needs of OVS including current and future data management, reporting and sharing needs and options for migrating existing OVS data into recommended systems.
