Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of New Orleans seeks a consultant to provide technical assistance, project development, and grant writing services to support the City’s pursuit of philanthropic, local, state, and federal government funding opportunities coordinated through the Office of Resilience & Sustainability (ORS). A. Assist with identification of eligible projects for construction, demolition, programmatic, and planning grants at the local, state, and federal levels. B. Develop an overall grant strategy for the City and local agency partners, including SWBNO, RTA, MSY, community-based organizations, and other partner entities; C. Prepare grant proposal packages, with assistance from the City, including preproposals, concept papers, project budgets, narratives, schedules, economic analyses, benefit cost analyses, and other supporting materials; D. Conduct grant writing services, either partial or complete grant writing, in a timely manner that address all requirements of the relevant notice of funding opportunity document. E. Conduct cost-benefit analyses as required for applications to be submitted by the City.
