Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1 - Inventory and Assessment - Perform a critical function analysis through data collection on county programs and technology systems, including interviews with department heads and perform infrastructure reviews. • Data Collection - Gather detailed information on all county programs and supporting technology systems for 22 county departments. • Interviews and Surveys - Conduct interviews with department heads and surveys to understand program importance and technology reliance. • Dependency model – Map out interconnections and relationships between internal and external department systems. • Infrastructure Review - Assess the current technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network resources. Phase 2 - Prioritization and Risk Analysis - Conduct risk assessments and develop a prioritization matrix to identify critical programs and systems, culminating in a comprehensive report on disaster recovery prioritization. • Risk Assessment - Perform a risk assessment to understand potential threats to each program and system. • Prioritization Matrix - Develop a prioritization matrix to rank programs and systems based on their criticality and vulnerability. • Report Preparation - Prepare a detailed report outlining the findings and recommendations for disaster recovery prioritization. Phase 3 - COOP Plan Development and Integration - Design a COOP plan, integrating prioritized inventory data for effective disaster recovery. • COOP Development - Design a comprehensive COOP tailored to county technology services. • Integration of Inventory Data - Integrate the prioritized inventory data into the plan for easy access and management during a disaster.
