Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Vendor will provide 24/7 alarm monitoring for all Kansas Army National Guard vault and SCIF locations. 2. Vendor will have a dedicated Bosch receiver to receive alarm signals. 3. Vendor will have and maintain a UL 827 and a UL 2050 certification. 4. Vendor will maintain central station logs for up to 2 years. 5. Vendor will treat service and maintenance signals as the same as alarm signals. 6. Vendor will combine the price of monitoring with Bosch Cellular Back up to have one bill. 7. Vendor will provide data entry for users. 8. Vendor will provide a test account at no charge for Tech Testing. 9. Kansas National Guard Techs will be responsible for programing alarm systems and testing to the central station. 10. Vendor will provide online access and monitoring apps for testing and maintenance for the National Guard Techs. 11. Locations of these facilities include the Kansas cities of Abilene, Clay Center, Colby, Concordia, Hays, Hiawatha, Holton, Junction City, Kansas City, Manhattan, Marysville, Norton, Olathe, Overland Park, Smith Center, and Topeka.
