Specifications include, but are not limited to: South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is seeking bids for the daily/weekly/monthly rental of a Combo Sewer-Vac Truck to be delivered and picked up at SCDOT locations in District One; Richland, Kershaw, Lee, Lexington, and Sumter Maintenance. South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is seeking bids for the daily/weekly/monthly rental of a Sewer-Vac Truck to be delivered and picked up at SCDOT locations in District One; Richland, Kershaw, Lee, Lexington, and Sumter Maintenance. All routine maintenance shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor. If equipment breaks down or requires maintenance, a replacement that is equal to or better must be delivered within two (2) days of notification. SCDOT will provide insurance on equipment. Complete operator demonstration/training shall be completed at the time of delivery. Upon request, Vendor shall provide technical assistance or service. Such service shall be available within twenty-four (24) following request. Sewer-Vac Truck – Monthly Rental Delivery time will be two (2) weeks from the time of rental request with a SCDOT Purchase Order. The truck shall meet or exceed the flowing specifications: 1. Capable of adequately removing sediment from roadway drainage structures 2. Minimum 11 cubic yard minimum debris capacity 3. Minimum 2000 PSI water pressure 4. Front mounted hose reel 5. Minimum 1200 gallon water tank 6. Front mounted 8 foot telescoping or extendable boom 7. 180 degree rotating boom 8. Truck model year must be 2015 or newer. 9. Sewer-Vac Truck with a combination of water pumping systems and vacuum capabilities.
