During Event Cleaning: 2.3.2.1. Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event. 2.3.2.2. Responding to immediate cleaning needs, such as spills or accidents. 2.3.2.3. Emptying and replacing trash bags as needed. 2.3.2.4. Cleaning and restocking restroom facilities regularly during the event. 2.3.2.5. Ensuring high-traffic areas stay clean and free of debris. 2.3.2.6. Taking trash to receptacles. 2.3.3. Post-Event Cleaning: 2.3.3.1. Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all areas after the event concludes. 2.3.3.2. Collecting and disposing of trash in receptacles, including any items left behind by attendees. 2.3.3.3. Returning furniture and equipment to their original positions. 2.3.3.4. Cleaning and storing any equipment used for the event. 2.3.4. Grounds Maintenance: 2.3.4.1. Restock and clean all bathrooms at event site – expendables provided by Venue 2.4. Compliance with Regulations: 2.4.1. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and Venue policies. 2.4.2. Using cleaning products and methods that meet environmental and safety standards. 2.5. Communication: 2.5.1. Maintaining open communication with event organizers and Venue staff to address specific cleaning requirements or changes in schedule. 2.6. Staffing: 2.6.1. Providing an adequate number of trained cleaning staff based on the size and nature of the event. 2.6.2. All personnel should be well-groomed, courteous, and professional in their conduct. 2.6.3. Provide reports and all resources for completing reports as needed. 2.6.4. Clearly marked uniforms for easy identification. 2.7. Coordination with Other Vendors: 2.7.1. Collaborating with other vendors and service providers to ensure a seamless and wellcoordinated event experience. 2.8. Company will ensure the availability and functionality of the following resources: 2.8.1. Trash pickers, broom and pale, and gloves. 2.8.2. Ability to transport refuse from site to dumpsters.
