Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to create a new reception room at our Koop Campus Building B – 3rd Floor facility located at 21454 Koop Drive, Mandeville, LA 70471. Contractor shall use existing windows as part of a wall structure for new reception area as per floor plan in Attachment A. Contractor shall frame up sheet rock and paint two (2) additional wall areas approximately 9’x7’ and 9’x 10.5’ as per floor plan. Contractor shall install a 3’x4’ window in existing wall with a means of communicating and a pass through at the bottom of the window per the floor plan. Contractor shall create a door frame and procure glass door for access to new reception area that can fit existing glass wall as per floor plan. Contractor shall open up existing office wall to install a door and frame. Contractor shall move door frame from adjacent wall in existing office and install in open area per the floor plan. Contractor shall match sheet rock and paint to the existing color of the interior and exterior area that door was removed from adjacent wall area as per floor plan. Contractor shall finish off door area for professional fit and finish.
