Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) seeks an electronic performance management system to track program performance, align goals with strategic priorities, maintain Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) accreditation, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote transparency with the public. The performance management software system should have the capacity to serve as a single stand-alone platform for reporting on and communicating program-level performance metrics and community-level health outcomes. It is expected that the selected system shall help the Office of Organizational Excellence (OOE) align the work being done across the department with the strategic priorities of department administrators. As part of this objective, it is vital that we track and monitor performance on key performance indicators as well as identify opportunities for quality improvement and adherence to standards set by the PHAB in order for MCDPH to maintain our accreditation status. Because of the sheer size of our department, the number of layers within each program area, and the many different types of funding we receive, we require a robust system capable of tracking and monitoring performance goals and other various indicators of success across teams, plans, and programs. It is our hope that these elements are able to be easily modified based on the needs of the individual projects program, or in response to various funding requirements.
