Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Work to be performed under the Contract awarded through this RFP as follows: a. Document CBO funding opportunities and provide alignment recommendations. (1) Systematically identify and document all public and private organizations in Oregon that are providing funding opportunities for CBOs and other community led, grass roots initiatives in Oregon to reduce health and other social and economic inequities; (2) Identify contact information, funding source (private, city/county, state, federal), priority populations and portfolios for each funder organization; and geographic service area(s); (3) Cross walk inventory with Healthier Together Oregon’s (HTO’s) priority goal areas to identify areas of overlap and opportunities for collaboration and collective impact; (4) Recommend how OHA can align new funding to CBOs to best complement other public and private funding to CBOs; b. Develop summary report of CBO equity funding landscape assessment, including an executive summary that can serve as a standalone document for further dissemination to interested parties; and c. Prepare and give up to 5 presentations about project outcomes to internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness of assessment findings and mobilize interest in acting on key recommendations.
