The requested services may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Prepare drawings and specifications for: o Various building remodeling projects o New building construction o Construction Documents (Division 1 - Division 16) o Architectural details o Floor plan changes o Landscaping improvements o Parking Improvements o Mechanical Improvements o Utility Improvements o Electrical Improvements o Civil Improvements o Fire, Security, Communications and other associated specialty Improvements o Structural Improvements • Provide full-service Project Management of multi-discipline facility projects including alternative delivery methods. • Provide designs and recommendations to achieve the best value • Submittal Reviews • Construction inspections • Progress Reports • Walkthroughs / Punch lists • Interfacing with contractors and subcontractors • Recommendations on design changes • Evaluating contractor requests • Review pay requests and change orders • Provide construction management and testing services upon request • Provide designs to meet ADA guidelines • Provide cost estimates • Provide designs within total project budget • Provide services to aid in developing facility life cycle and maintenance plans • Provide Environmental evaluation • Provide peer review • Provide value engineering
