Postpartum nutrition including information about choosing a variety of foods from each food group and meal and snack ideas. iii. Vitamins to take postpartum iv. Physical activity v. Postpartum depression vi. Avoiding tobacco, alcohol and drugs vii. Information about breast and formula feeding viii. Support from family members and friends, self care (3) Birth to 6 Months i. Information about breast and formula feeding ii. Paced bottle feeding iii. kin to skin iv. Importance of holding infant while feeding v. Feeding often, infant stomach size
