Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all expertise, labor and resources for the provision of court security and prisoner transportation in accordance with all State and Federal laws, ordinances, and codes, including the latest ADA, DOT, ACA (Correctional Guidelines), and environmental and safety standards. The following items are generally expected services to be provided by the contractor(s): Bailiff services: Provide security by overseeing and screening the public’s access of the Court’s main entrance and courtroom. Provide bailiff services to the courtroom including fingerprinting and overseeing holding cell procedures. Transportation services: Transportation of prisoners to and from the South Jordan Justice Court. Transportation services will be needed at the following times: On the Court’s public defender days, currently the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month but subject to change. Prisoners will need to arrive at court prior to the court start time of 1:00 pm. One Friday per month for forthwith commitments. The dates and times may be agreed upon by the City and Contractor.
