Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Creative Services: o Develop and design creative assets for various educational, marketing and advertising campaigns, including print, digital, and social media. o This may include, but is not limited to: ▪ Print (brochures, flyers, posters) ▪ Digital Ads (social media posts, website graphics) ▪ Video Ads (short videos) ▪ Email Marketing Templates o Ensure all creative materials are consistent within existing brand guidelines. • Media Planning: o Develop and execute media plans across various channels (print, digital, social media) to reach our target audience effectively. • Project Management: o Assign a dedicated account manager to oversee the project and serve as the primary point of contact for our organization. o Manage communication and collaboration between our team and the agency team. o Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. 1. Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising and graphic design. • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful educational and marketing campaigns for government clients. • Strong understanding of current market trends and best practices in advertising and graphic design. • A creative and experienced team with expertise in copywriting, design, and media planning. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
