Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to remove litter collected in the traps/booms at 4 locations. Removal of litter includes counting the litter, weighing the litter, and segregating the litter from recyclables, trash, and debris. All recyclables are sent to be recycled. All trash is sent to Dean Forest Landfill. All debris is the vendor’s responsibility. A monthly report is provided to the City with quantities for each location. Before and after every major storm the traps/booms will be inspected and, if required, cleaning and maintenance. Furthermore, an analysis for the litter and source tracking using EPA’s method is required. Specifying the sources should be included in the monthly report.
