The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified Proposers who are interested in providing Third Party Claims Administration Services to St. Tammany Parish Government. Self-insured for approximately 30 years and has been with their current Third Party Administraion (TPA) since August, 2013. The Parish is seeking proposals at this time to allow the Parish to compare the qualifications of each TPA and evaluate competitive rates for services. Submittal of a proposal does not create any right or expectation to a contract with the Parish. Third Party Claims Administration Services for the Parish's Workers' Compensation/Employers Liability, General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Marine Liability, and shall provide record keeping and carrier reporting services for the Public Entity Management Liability (Public Officials Liability), Employment Practices Liability, Employee Benefits Liability claims and litigation. The selected TPA will coordinate services and communication through the Risk Management Division of the Chief Administrative Office and the Civil Division of the 22nd JDC District Attorney’s Office. Submittal of a proposal does not create any right or expectation to a contract with the Parish.
