Pleasure Island is requesting a contractor for the rehab for the two Pleasure Island Restroom in the Park. Contractor is responsible for all material, labor, and fees except windstorm. Contractor must get a permit, and haul of materials. Below is the Specifications WHEELCHAIR RAMP * ramp will be concrete with slope existing ramp to a 1 on 12 pitch * cut, break, form, pour and finish concrete ramp * contractor will use existing handrails * concrete shall be just up to the entrance. ROOF * roof repair must meet windstorm requirements * roof must have a 30-year warranty EXTERIOR REPAIRS * repair damaged soffits, eaves, and fascia boards * repair damaged screened vents * replace 3 existing exterior doors RESTROOM REPAIRS * modify existing stalls to include ADA compliant toilet stall * use the existing urinal and clean them * add handicap rails where required * repair ceilings * add partitions/doors as needed * flooring use existing flooring PAINT * paint interior and exterior of building * power wash, prep and seal * exterior; paint block walls, soffits, eaves, fascia boards * interior: paint block walls and ceilings ELECTRICAL * repair restroom fans/extractors * power supply to new AC units in each restroom * replace sky lights with similar type * the fixtures provided by contractor must be rust proof. PLUMBING * run water supply lines and drains for new sinks * all pluming will be connected to existing main drains * septic work not included * test existing water lines and drains HVAC: * install 2 minisplit AC systems; 1 in each restroom. There will be a mini split unit in each restroom for a total of 4
