Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and supervision required to maintain, in optimum operating condition, each device listed herein. Services shall include inspection, calibration, cleaning, and lubrication, for all instruments, and replacement parts listed in this document pertaining to the efficient operation of the systems. The minimum number of planned inspections shall conform to required testing frequencies as tabulated within NFPA 72 for each fire alarm component type. The first Inspection & Test cycle shall be performed upon successfully being awarded the contract. Each Inspection & Test site visit shall be prescheduled with the Physical Plant Director or Safety Hazard Manager at least 72 hours prior to arrival of scheduled visit and directed from a maintenance program initiated and maintained by the Contractor. The program shall be either computer directed or manually operated. A copy of this schedule shall be in the hands of the Physical Plant Director prior to the start of any work.
