Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and supervision required to determine the operational status of each device of the existing Fire Alarm, Sprinkler & Suppression Systems. service procedures provided by contractor shall conform to NFPA standards as adopted by 675 of the Indiana Administrative Code. Sensitivity shall be coordinated with facility Physical Plant Director or his designate. The minimum number of planned inspections shall conform to required testing frequencies as tabulated within NFPA 72 for each fire alarm component type. The first Inspection & Test cycle shall be performed upon successfully being awarded the contract. Each Inspection & Test site visit shall be prescheduled with the Physical Plant Director or Safety Hazard Manager at least 72 hours prior to arrival of scheduled visit and directed from a maintenance program initiated and maintained by the Contractor. The program shall be either computer directed or manually operated.
