Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all services, labor and material, tools and supervision Required to maintain in optimum operating condition the Emergency Generator and Transfer Switch Systems. Services shall include, repair and replacement of parts, components and devices, (see section 1.04 for any limitations) inspection, calibration, cleaning and lubrication pertaining to the efficient operation of the system as listed on the Preventative Maintenance Checklist attached (see section 3.01) in compliance with all governing requirements of the NFPA and the NEC. Each preventative maintenance work period shall be prescheduled and directed from a maintenance management program initiated and maintained by the Contractor and in agreement with the site representative. A copy of this schedule shall be given to the Physical Plant Director before any work is performed.
