Specifications include, but are not limited to: The expected scope of work will depend on the type of position for which recruitment services are being requested. The vendor may be asked to perform a full cycle recruitment/selection process for executive/senior management positions, but will only be asked to source and advertise for all other positions. The vendor will direct candidates for non-executive/senior management positions to apply with LAUSD and LAUSD will be responsible for the actual selection process from there. The successful recruitment firm(s) will be expected, at minimum, to perform the following: A. Contact known potential qualified candidatesto encourage application. B. Utilize multiple recruitment tools including existing proprietary databases, other sources, and headhunting to identify highly qualified candidates who possess the education, skills and qualifications necessary for the positions in question. C. Identify and implement specific strategies to encourage highly qualified applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply. D. Perform labor market salary analysis. E. Determine applicable network of professional/industry affiliations. F. Publish job postings, leverage social media, professional media and other non- traditional methods of candidate sourcing. G. Analyze candidate profiles identified or received through applications or other sources. (Executive/Senior Management positions only) H. Identify the candidates(via interviews and other assessment methods) that best match the requested education, skills and qualifications for positions under recruitment.
