Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office for Immigrant Affairs is seeking a community partner to assist with the following activities: • Promote Business Health Check assessments to immigrant business owners. • Host and facilitate a series of workshops for both deeper needs assessment and skills training to immigrant business owners. • Follow up with small businesses to provide targeted services based on determinations drawn from needs assessments and all workshop outcomes with the use of post-workshop assessment tools. • Work with the Office for Immigrant Affairs as needed to identify and create resources for translation & distribution into limited-English Proficient communities to promote understanding of business resources and key information to help promote resilience and growth. • Provide information on a monthly basis required for Louisville Metro Government to meet reporting requirements, including the number of small businesses served and the project demographic distribution. • Provide documentation of small businesses served and project activities for Metro Government to maintain for federal grant monitoring, including all necessary documentation needed to assist with program efficacy. • Maintain and develop relationships with Immigrant Affairs partners to assist with outreach to businesses and new communities. • Support the Office for Immigrant Affairs with assessment of workshops, programs, and communication with partners to identify opportunities for improvement.
