Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Review and incorporate operational requirements, consistent with the current Master Plan, and any existing reports. Develop design and construction phasing options to address the extension of TWIC lanes and reduce construction costs and operational impacts. Provide alternatives and a recommended solution for final design. 2. Perform survey, geotechnical investigation, utility engineering, and any other additional services as required to design all elements in the project scope. 3. Design all required components for extension of canopy structure for the proposed five new TWIC lanes, including, but not limited to, architectural, civil, structural, electrical, and transportation engineering, and any other design services needed to create a fully code-compliant design. 5. Provide an accurate layout of the existing conditions and proposed project, including, but not limited to, dimension control, for use by others, including the Port Authority. 6. Provide all final design engineering services required to develop and seal for construction the recommended solution.
