Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Fieldwork 1. Complete on-site survey before June 14, 2024, following guidelines established by USACE. 2. Identify and document wetland boundaries. 3. Collect relevant data on vegetation, soils, and hydrology during the growing season. 4. Take photographs to support delineation findings. Work will be conducted according to 1987 Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual including regional supplements and applicable guidance, and any supporting technical or guidance documents issued by USACE and/or Oregon DSL. Formatting guidelines and a checklist of items to include for DSL report is located under ‘delineation report requirements’ at: https://www.oregon.gov/dsl/WW/Pages/Resources.aspx#requirements. Wetland boundaries and data plots to be reported to sub-meter accuracy. b) Data Collection and Analysis 1. Determine the ordinary high-water mark. 2. Assess vegetation: Identify hydrophytic plants typical of wetland environments. 3. Evaluate soils: Determine the presence of hydric soils based on identifiable physical properties. 4. Consider hydrology: Confirm prolonged saturation conditions. 5.
