Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to perform optimization & transformation services. This critical component will help ensure a successful implementation of the new Unemployment Insurance System for the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. UI optimization & transformation services are necessary to establish and augment appropriate efforts for DLIR’s UI Modernization project. The objectives of this RFP are to ensure that: Early integration of best practice optimization, and transformation services is vital to the new Unemployment Insurance System implementation project success. Additionally, the optimization and transformation support services will provide a solid foundation for project success and ensuring the ability to effectively meet our objectives. Optimization and transformation services will measurably benefit the state in the following key areas to maximize usability, efficiency, performance, and value: Improved Efficiency: Optimizing business processes involves identifying inefficiencies, eliminating waste, and streamlining workflows. This leads to smoother operations, faster task completion, and increased productivity across the organization. Enhanced Quality: Optimized processes are often more standardized and structured, leading to improved quality control and consistency in outputs.
