The intent of this Request for Proposal and resulting contract is to obtain firm fixed price proposals from firms specializing in Group Medical Insurance Coverage and Services. The Contractor shall supply all labor and equipment services as may be necessary to fulfill the requirements of this solicitation. In the delivery or performance of the goods and business services, the Contractors shall use its best efforts to provide the goods and business services set forth in the Contract (and any resulting Task Order and Notice to Proceed) and such goods and services shall be delivered timely and in good workmanlike fashion employing the Contractor’s best efforts to complete the good and services in the best and soundest way and in the most expeditious and economical manner consistent with interests of MHA. Moreover, the delivery of the goods and services shall all comply with laws of the United Stages, applicable regulations and standards of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), and all applicable stated, county, city and local codes and ordinances
