• Conducting a needs assessment and analysis to determine the requirements and specifications of the STEM Innovation Lab. • Designing a layout and floor plan that optimizes space utilization and supports various STEM activities and projects. • Procuring and installing necessary equipment, furniture, and technology infrastructure, including but not limited to: o Laboratory equipment (e.g., Virtual and Augment Reality Stations, robotics kits, 3D printers) o Computer workstations and software tools o Interactive whiteboards or displays. o Furniture conducive to collaboration and experimentation • Developing a comprehensive curriculum framework aligned with national and state standards, integrating STEM concepts and skills into authentic, real-world contexts. • Providing professional development and training for teachers to effectively utilize the STEM Innovation Lab and integrate STEM practices into their instruction. • Implementing ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of the STEM Innovation Lab.
