Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rental of portable toilets and weekly servicing: Contractor shall provide portable toilets, on an as needed basis to be delivered to address indicated above. Contractor services shall include the delivery, rental, and maintenance of portable toilets used for work crews and/or staff on MCCX grounds. The facility manager or designee will direct where toilets will be located on site. Contractor shall maintain all portable toilets with a weekly service. Contractor shall also provide weekly pumping and disposal service for contents of 300 gallon holding tank. Service to include: I. Weekly Service for toilets: A. Pump and dispose of contents. B. Clean & disinfect interior. C. Restock with fresh chemical. D. Restock with toilet paper. E. Clean exterior as needed. II. Weekly Service for three hundred (300) gallon holding tank: A.
