Specifications include, but are not limited to: Beaver County School District is sending out an Invitation to bid (ITB) to install new LED light bulbs throughout the district at Beaver High School, Milford High School, Milford Elementary Belknap Elementary and Minersville School also including Minersville Bus Shed and MInersville Maintenance Shed. a. Remove existing bulbs b. Provide all materials and labor to install new bulbs and hardware. c. Removal and disposal of existing lights is part of the contract cost.. All supplies and/ or incidentals required for bulb installation shall be included in the costs provided. d. Arrangements for installation after “regular” hours MUST be made prior to scheduling work. e. Repair any damages to surrounding areas that occurred through removal and install. f. All supplies and/ or incidentals required for bulb installation shall be included in the costs provided. g. Installation work shall be warrantied for a period of at least one (1) year from the date of installation from any defects resulting in installation of the bulbs. This is in addition to any warranties made in conjunction with the bulb manufacturer. h. Please provide an approximate schedule of when work would occur. i. Bids must have appropriate state and local licenses and required insurances in the amount called for by the State of Utah. Beaver County School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive the informality or technicality not of a statutory nature in the interest of the district. j. A minimum of three professional references will be required.
