Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Morristown is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to replace (2) Gas/Electric Split System for the Morristown Fire Department. Specifications listed herein must be met to ensure the City of Morristown receives the highest quality split systems. 1. 5-ton 80% efficiency gas/electric split system; 2. Recover refrigerant, demo and proper disposal of existing equipment; 3. Flush, clean existing refrigeration line set and replace damaged exterior line set insulation; 4. Install (2) new 5-ton outdoor units, evaporator cased coils and 80% natural gas furnaces; 5. Install pipe and fittings to reconnect existing refrigeration line set, condensate piping and exhaust vent piping; 6. Reconnect existing duct, electrical and controls; 7. Start up and commission new HVAC equipment; 8. Does not include any electrical disconnects or upgrades
