Provide all materials, labor, equipment, and tools necessary to complete selective demolition work as indicated by the design intent of the drawings. B. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to examine the project site and determine for himself the existing conditions. C. Selective demolition work includes but is not limited to selective demolition, removal, and subsequent disposal of all materials indicated or required to be removed. D. Execute all work in an orderly and careful manner with due consideration for all items of work to remain. E. Obvious conditions which exist on the site shall be accepted as part of the work, even though they may not be clearly indicated on the Drawings and/or described herein, or may vary therefrom. F. All debris of any kind accumulated from the work of this Section shall be disposed of off the Site. G. Protect all existing conditions surrounding the work area, including but not limited to walkways, adjacent roofs not in scope of work, etc. at all times from damage. H. Any damage as a result of demolition work and any neglect to provide protection shall be fixed new at no cost to the State. I. Demolish and remove, including but not limited to, existing damaged roof framing end blocking and sheathing; portions of existing roof drain downspout piping, etc.
