Specifications include, but are not limited to: Crockett Early Childhood Center Roof Proposal • Sweep and remove loose gravel ballast from roof top. • Prep roof for new ½” dens decking board application. • Mechanically install new dens deck board over existing roof surface. • Install New .60mil white single ply membrane to achieve a 20yr NDL warranty. Approved manufacturers are GAF, Mule hide, Elevate (formally known as Firestone), and Carlisle/Versico. • Scope also includes all flashing details to be replaced. Such as all pipe boots over plumbing vents, heat stacks, and all flashings around HVAC units. This will include walk pads around all units as well. • Furnish and install new retro drains. • Install new TPO membrane on parapet walls. • Rework and reflash all emergencies overflow scuppers through parapet walls with TPO coated metal. • Install new .24-gauge parapet cap metal coping. • Install new TPO patches at the seam transitions. • Install TPO cut off edge sealant at transitions. • Install new TPO silicone sealant over any exposed fasteners. • Make sure drains are open and clear of debris at the end of each workday. • Provide dumpsters for debris removal. • Provide Port-a-potties. • Provide temporary fencing for storage of materials on site. • Provide equipment for lifting materials on to roof. • Clean up debris daily and leave the work area as clean as possible. • Attached is an ariel image that has provided some measurements. However, we do not warrant these to be true and accurate. All contractors are encouraged to make their own measurements to ensure accuracy. You as the contractor are responsible for ordering enough materials to complete the job. Again, there will be no change orders.
