Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Interior survey of the existing building with facility dimensions and photographs sufficient to accommodate and support the interior buildout/renovation design. The City of Valdosta has access to the original permit drawings for the existing structure which can be made available digitally as requested. • Exterior survey of existing surface and subsurface (where practical) improvements on the site to include: o Boundary survey of subject property with unit cost for installation of concrete corner monumentation at owners option o Boundary retracement plat for the subject property (recorded) o Topographic survey of subject property showing 1FT contours and detailed spot elevations as needed o Environmental resource survey of subject property showing wetlands and state waters as they exist on the subject property o Location of all surface improvements on the subject property including but not limited to: concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, asphalt pavement, gravel, buildings and accessory structures, trees, public and private utilities, septic tanks and drain fields o Hourly billing rates for additional survey services billed as needed once off-site utility interconnection improvement scope is determined • Professional Architectural services to provide a complete set of permitted signed and sealed architectural drawings and construction specifications as needed for advertisement to bid. Such drawings/specifications shall include: o Interior demolition plans/specifications o Structural modification plans/specifications as needed to include structural modifications made to slab for vehicle support o Framing and layout plans/specifications for new/proposed room configuration o MEP renovation plans/specifications sufficient to modify the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing appurtenances with minimal cost to owner. MEP renovation plans/specifications must include proposed new appurtenances in direct support of and meeting all the requirements of the Valdosta Fire Department with regard to life safety, positive air pressure environment, and vehicle exhaust ventilation. o Interior finishes/materials specifications for all interior building finishes including but not limited to: interior wall material/color, interior door/window trim material and color, interior door color, cabinetry/countertops style and color, etc. o Ingress/Egress, life safety, and ADA compliance plans/specifications as required
