Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide all labor, materials, equipment, vehicles, and any other services necessary to manage and operate the public parking and ground transportation facilities at Chicago Midway International Airport in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. The Contractor must comply with all applicable statutes, laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, required licenses and permits to operate the public parking and ground transportation facilities on a 24-hour, 7 days-a-week, 365 days per year (full-time) basis with sufficient key personnel and resources to assure an effective, efficient, courteous, secure, cost effective and convenient operation. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all licenses and permits required to complete work under the Contract. The Contractor will provide services of the highest and best quality that is competitively priced to operate and maintain approximately 11,055 revenue parking spaces and related facilities effectively and efficiently. The Contractor shall not only manage and maintain the parking and ground transportation infrastructure, but also partner with the Chicago Department of Aviation (“CDA”) to grow revenues and elevate the customer experience. The Contractor will work with CDA to develop new parking services including Premium Parking Services, defined below in Section IV, to use technology to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
