Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of Lexington County School District One to solicit bids for a house built by students of Lexington Technology Center. All work that will be done on the house is complete and it is for sale as it stands. The house has completed interior plumbing and electrical. The drywall has been installed and primed. The house is built in accordance with SAFEbuilt and has been inspected. The responsibility for all expenses to relocate and finish the house rests solely with the buyer. The house is ready for final finishes and system installations, by, and at the expense of, the buyer, including but not limited to, paint, flooring, water heater and heating and cooling systems. The house will be sold in “as is” condition. The District will not extend any warranties or guarantees as to the condition of the house.
