• OMD requires the establishment of one or more Price Agreement(s) for the purchase and delivery of Biomass Fuel to the Rees Training Center in Hermiston, Oregon. • Brief project description: The Rees Training Center (“RTC”) is a National Guard Training Center located in Hermiston, Oregon. RTC has two primary functional areas: cantonment and training. The cantonment area consists of roughly 47 permanent and semipermanent buildings. Construction dates for these buildings range from the early 1940’s to 2023. In 2020 two Biomass boilers were installed at RTC. To support the boilers during heating season, OMD requires a Contractor(s) to supply and deliver Premium Grade Biomass Fuel Pellets (“Fuel”) in complete loads. Neither DAS PS nor Agency have an estimate of the total volume of potential purchases. By submitting an Offer, Bidder agrees to supply all goods and services ordered during the term of any awarded Price Agreement. • DAS PS anticipates the award of one Price Agreement resulting from this ITB. • The initial term is anticipated to be two years, and DAS PS may opt to extend the term of each Price Agreement resulting from this ITB up to a total of 10 years.
