Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mesa Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide a digital financial wellness and engagement program. Mesa Public Schools is located east of the Phoenix metropolitan area and employs approximately 10,000 individuals. The digital financial wellness and engagement program will be available as a benefit to all District employees. The program should promote financial literacy including but not limited to: budgeting, investing, short-term and long-term financial goal setting, retirement planning, saving, and debt management. The program should benefit all employee groups and take employee demographics into consideration. Financial Wellness and Engagement Program specifications: • User-friendly • Online resources and tools • Interactive modules that educate users on various aspects of financial wellness • Budgeting tools • Available in different languages • Webinars covering various financial literacy topics • One-on-one coaching with employees; Additional services the vendor should provide (the District prefers if these options are included in the annual cost): • Marketing materials - the vendor will be responsible for creating marketing materials (such as fliers, email blasts, etc.) for the District • In-person trainings • Regular communication initiatives to promote participation and awareness of the program • Develop a campaign for introducing new hires to the program
