Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bidder will provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to perform the following: 1. Bidder shall appropriately seal room and decontaminate BSL-3 Laboratory space in room numbers 2210, 2211, 2212 2205, 2204, 2203, 2206 using VHP. This space has a combined floor area of approximately1600 ft² and 9- foot-high ceilings. See attach drawing for room dimensions. 2. Bidder shall appropriately seal room and decontaminate BSL-2 Laboratory space in rooms 2101, 2104, 2106, 2105 using VHP. This space has a combined floor area of approximately 650 ft² and a ceiling height of about 9 feet. See attach drawing for dimensions. 3. Bidder shall appropriately seal room and decontaminate BSL-2 Laboratory space in rooms 2510, 2502, 2503, 2509 using VHP. This space has a combined floor area of approximately 750 ft² and a ceiling height of about 9 feet. See attach drawing for dimensions. 4. Bidder shall provide verification of successful bio-decontamination. Bidder shall ensure that an adequate number of biological indicators are placed to verify successful decontamination. Initial report should be available approximately 24 hours after bio-decontamination with a final report available after approximately 7 days
