AV Service Equipment as needed

The reseller selected will provide the University of Oklahoma’s departments and entities with the following: 5.1.1.1.1 Audio/Video solutions that includes but is not limited to hardware and software related to instructional technologies and collaboration, such as presentation systems, video conferencing, projectors, displays, cameras, document cameras, audio devices, media players, and digital signage. Assistive audio/video technology submissions are also encouraged. 5.1.1.1.2 System Design – Gather audio/video system requirements, design system to meet requirements, present recommended designs to stakeholders. Incorporate feedback/changes, if requested. 5.1.1.1.3 Vendor must be familiar with OU IT’s classroom standards (available upon request) and enterprise platforms; including but not limited to Crestron equipment and Zoom. 5.1.1.1.4 No phone systems or handsets are included in this contract.
