Specifications include, but are not limited to: Design: a) Develop a sustainable, efficient, complete and comprehensive design. b) Ensure the design and final product complies with all current laws, codes, and regulations. c) Meet and coordinate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction, including the Yavapai County Development Services. d) Utilize an internal design QA/QC process and furnish QA/QC reports of internal checks at all deliverable milestones with the associated deliverable. e) Meetings (Project Team) during design are anticipated to be convened biweekly (every other week) between Yavapai County Facilities Department, and Architect, Engineer and representative consultants and stakeholders. Such meetings will be held at a ratio of 50% Prescott and 50% telephonically. Meeting notes will be prepared and subsequently approved by Yavapai County Facilities Department and shall be binding. The meeting notes shall be distributed within 48 hours (two work days) of the meeting. f) Meetings conducted by the designer will be documented by the design team and distributed initially to Yavapai County Facilities Department for acceptancy prior to distribution. g) Provide Construction Documents at 50%, and Final including all drawings, specifications, worksheets and calculations necessary to procure building permit and all other required permits. It is planned that permitting be in place at the time of Notice to Proceed is issued to a contractor. h) Submit for permit and address code comments so that a permit can be issued.
