Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Sammamish, Washington seeks qualified real estate appraisal services for the City’s Town Center Project. The City requires a professional appraisal of “Block 8” as part of its strategy to develop a Town Square to provide additional amenities to the developing Sammamish Town Center. Block 8 is adjacent to property already in City ownership, known as “the Notch” and directly north of Sammamish’s Lower Common’s Park. (See attached map.) The current property owner has ownership of 70% of the developable land in Town Center and has indicated a willingness to sell Block 8 to the City for the purpose of a Town Square. The property owner would like to lease back a small portion of the site for a European-style market that they would build and operate.
