Specifications include, but are not limited to: The two Districts are seeking quotes for Chromebooks to be used by students. Specifically, the quote must include all of the following four required items: 1. Chromebook 2. Chrome OS Management License Education 3. White Glove Service 4. Protective Case; For the above four items, see the next three pages for key specifications and information for each of the above items. 1. Chromebook The following model is highly preferred: Dell Chromebook 3110: Celeron N4500, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC Storage, 11.6" non-touch screen, Wi-Fi, Webcam, 65W USB-C power adapter included. While the above model is highly preferred, a vendor can optionally quote a different brand and/or model as an alternative and it will be considered. The vendor should include an option (with pricing / shipping implication for that option) for the model that also includes the HDMI port option as well. Only the minimum no-cost included mail-in warranty is needed; we do not need an extended warranty. 2. Chrome OS Management License Education The license is for the above Chromebooks 3. White Glove Service The white glove service is for the above Chromebooks and the vendor should specify what their white glove service includes: Does it include enrollment or not? Does it include OS upgrade or not? Does it include putting on the case or not? Does it include asset sticker tagging or not and does that include a scannable barcode or not? Does it include a spreadsheet or serial and asset number list or not? If the white glove services are “ala carte”, then list all potential options priced accordingly that way so the District can select the best choice for the District.
