Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to complete the Project as more fully described in the Contract Documents, including: 1. Excavation and grading as needed. 2. Install concrete footings, foundation, and slab. 3. Stick frame construction of a 24 foot x 24 foot garage building. 4. Installation of metal roof, hardie plank siding, overhead garage door with operator, man door, one window, fully insulated walls, and ceiling, electrical to include plugs, switches, lights, and electric heater. Interior walls and ceiling finished with plywood. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
