The Commission's vision for Maryland is to ensure that informed consumers hold the health care system accountable and have access to affordable and appropriate health care services through programs that serve as models for the nation. This request will assist the Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC), find qualified firms who have interest in responding to a solicitation procuring Third-Party Administration (TPA) services for the Maryland Trauma Physician Services Fund. By this public notice, MHCC requests written Expressions of Interest from each entity (“Interested Entity”) that must include a general summation of the Interested Entity’s experience and capabilities, to provide the described services.
