Specifications include, but are not limited to: Splash! at Lively Park has four bodies of water: • Wave pool: 195,000 gallons of water - Minimum of 140 lbs. per day • Lap pool: 117,000 gallons of water - Minimum of 50 lbs. per day • Spa: 5,000 gallons of water - Minimum of 10 lbs. per day • Kiddie pool: 2,200 gallons of water - Minimum of 10 lbs. per day Willamalane Park Swim Center has three bodies of water: • Lap/dive pool: 395,000 gallons of water - Minimum of 140 lbs. per day • Warm water pool: 89,000 gallons of water - Minimum of 50 lbs. per day • Spa: 2,000 gallons of water - Minimum of 10 lbs. per day We anticipate an annual use ranging from 10,000 lbs. – 13,000 lbs. combined for both facilities. We have the capacity to store 1,800 lbs. at each facility. We will likely place orders for each facility every eight to ten weeks. Product must come palletized for ease of movement and storage. With our current system, we have all bodies of water set up with a feed loop consisting of a 3-phase 1.5 HP booster pump, venturi, and fresh and pool water supply. We request that any included pump be 3-phase 480 volt. Vendor quotes will be evaluated based on the total contract price for the life of the contract as well as the following: • Equipment/feeders sized appropriately for the seven separate bodies of water. o Please include retail pricing for wear items. Pumps/Rebuild kits Floats/gaskets/seals Injectors/valves/etc. o Warranty • Cost per pound for Calcium Hypochlorite. • Any price increases over the life of the contract. • Any delivery fees or service charges. • Customer service, availability, and cost for service. o Provide service days, hours, and hourly onsite service rate. If paid travel time is applicable, please provide associated cost. • References. Please provide two references for indoor aquatic facilities including contact information. o We will be using references to help determine maintenance and cleaning items, as well as, staff time.
