We would also like a price to complete these same MATS boiler tune-ups in 2025 when they are normally scheduled to be complete. JTEC Unit 1 is a 203 MW Riley Turbo Fired boiler with 3- ball tube mills commissioned in the mid 1970’s. It is equipped with an SCR for NOx control, activated carbon injection for mercury control and an Alstom pulse jet fabric filter baghouse for PM control. JTEC Unit 1 operates a continuous emission monitors (CEMS) system that monitors NOx, SO2, CO2, Flow and Opacity. JTEC Unit 1 operates using the Emerson Ovation DCS system. JTEC Unit 2 is a 300MW Foster Wheeler boiler with 4 - MBF-23 pulverizes commissioned in 2011. It is equipped with an SCR for NOx control, and Andritz Circulating Dry Scrubber for SO2 control, Nalco 8018 and 8019 chemical injection for mercury control and an Andritz pulse jet fabric filter baghouse for PM control. JTEC Unit 2 operates a continuous emission monitors (CEMS) system that monitors NOx, SO2, CO, CO2, Flow and Opacity. JTEC Unit 2 operates using the Emerson Ovation DCS system.
